From November 18 to December 11, 2024, Data Science @UL FRI – Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, organized a basic R course for non-programmers as part of the CutCancer project.

R, a popular programming language for statistical data analysis, was introduced over eight 90-minute sessions. Participants learned how to work with data programmatically, manipulate data tables, and create simple visualizations. By the end of the course, attendees gained a solid foundation in R, which will assist them in their research data processing and improve the analysis of CutCancer project results.
