We have prepared a seminar for master students that attend a course of Biochemistry in Cancer.
3D in vitro methodologies that are currently used in our research studies were presented. Furthermore we have presented novel 3D in vitro methodology that will be introduced to NIB through CutCancer project partners. Students learned about spatial methodologies that can significantly contribute to the in-depth understanding of cellular and molecular interactions in 3D tumour models prior and post treatments, leading to the understanding of tumour therapeutic resistance.
