𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐥 & 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 was co-organised by Labena Slovenia & 10x Genomics and was a highly engaging event attended by over 120 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 and well 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 200 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, both joining from all over the world. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 20 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐬, as well as Labena Slovenia’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬’ 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭 and 10x Genomics, showcasing applications with 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐥 GEM-X, 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 VisiumHD and 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐈𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮 Xenium platforms, with a specific focus on 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭-𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦-𝐭𝐡𝐞-𝐥𝐚𝐛 demonstration of workflow on Xenium. Metka Novak also had the opportunity to share insights on spatial dimension in glioblastoma personalized models from our CutCancer research. Indeed an amazing Symposium.
